Our partnerships enable us to deliver accredited training programmes, undertake pioneering research, influence policy and develop practical solutions that address the barriers preventing first-generation migrants from accessing public sector careers and leadership opportunities.
This enables us to deliver solutions that are practical, evidence-led and focused on long-term systems change.
Together, we are building a public sector that better reflects the diversity of the communities it serves.
